CCJ Sprayer
Masonry finishes made accessible to everyone: Performance worthy of the "professionals"!
The operation is identical to the machines used by facade plasterers.
It’s the auger, mounted on your drill, that stirs and pushes the mortar out of the nozzle.
Thanks to the speed control of your drill, you can increase, decrease, or stop the flow from the nozzle.
The “drive finger” is installed in place of your drill’s detachable handle. It ensures coupling and creates a compact machine.
Two functions:
- Jointing machine: Speed approximately 500 rpm – output 5 liters/minute
- Plastering machine: Speed approximately 1000 rpm – output 1 m²/minute for 5 mm thickness (requires a small “DIY” compressor, air consumption: 80 liters at 2–3 bars)
Accepts all types of mortar:
- Pre-mixed commercial mortars
- “Homemade” mortars – Example: 3 parts 0/2 sand, ½ part lime, ½ part white cement
Supplied with:
- 3 nozzles for joints 5 to 30 mm
- 1 plastering nozzle + 2 tips (¼-turn valve + 1 quick-connect tip and 1 ribbed tip, 8 mm diameter)
- 1 elbow for application in any position
- 1 drive finger (fits in place of the drill handle, allowing rigid coupling)
- 1 carrying strap
Empty weight: 2.5 kg
